Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our videos and we believe that our customers must be given the best possible service. You may return unopened videos within 30 days for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it for another video or request a refund.

Sorry, refunds on opened videos will be less 25% restocking charge. Any defective video will be replaced by us immediately. Simply send it back to us with an explanation of the defect. Be sure to include your name, return address, and daytime telephone number.

Remember! Not all videos track alike. If you are experiencing a picture problem, please try adjusting the tracking on your VCR.
